I purchased this from Costco a few months back. Overall, I like the opener, especially the bright LED light. One thing to note, the door opening speed is slower than the Chamberlain 3/4 HP Belt model it replaced. Great price if you are able to get one.

you can do it easy if you have existing opener installed, you can reuse a lot of mounting hole,
the pro would charge you easily $3-$400 labor on it

grab a tall ladder if you have if not then its a 2 person job. the only tricky part is the tensioner spring clip but that just me

you can do it urself....just takes a lil more extra time if you havent done one before...but YT has the answers. Go for it.

Brickseek is accurate. Showed 2 in stock in Tewksbury, MA and picked them up! Also using HD installation for $97 each.
Brickseek says OOS after I bought them!

Excellent find !!! Replacing my 22 year old Genie screw drives, though they're working fine but not compatible with myQ add-on.

Noticed that Brickseek is not giving all stores nearby! Try with different zip codes!!

Legit! Got one. Brickseek said there were two in the store. I only saw one on the shelf in the door section. Still had sticker for regular price. Ask employee to scan it for me and it came up as $100! Box was damaged but looks good otherwise. Thanks OP!!
