I purchased this from Costco a few months back. Overall, I like the opener, especially the bright LED light. One thing to note, the door opening speed is slower than the Chamberlain 3/4 HP Belt model it replaced. Great price if you are able to get one.

you can do it easy if you have existing opener installed, you can reuse a lot of mounting hole,
the pro would charge you easily $3-$400 labor on it

grab a tall ladder if you have if not then its a 2 person job. the only tricky part is the tensioner spring clip but that just me

you can do it urself....just takes a lil more extra time if you havent done one before...but YT has the answers. Go for it.

There are 3 at a local Home Depot but they are not on clearance. Can I buy the 3 and take them and return them to another Home Depot, and re buy them at the lower cost?

The price was 100.03. In HD, that means it is 3 weeks from going away (.06 means it's 6 weeks from going away.. 3 weeks at the .06 price, then it will drop to the .03 price).

So, not arguing that ti says 11/30/21, but once something hit the .03 price, I've never seen it last more than 3 weeks. If it's not sold, it's taken off the shelf.

In my experience over the years with HD, .06 is about 25% off and .03 is 75% off, but I don't think that is a hard fast rule, just seems to be the normal with some outliers.

I mean, I'll be honest. I saw it last week when in HD with my daughter and I thought "Oh. man I could resell that" (they had 1). I left it though.

I do have a shop with a garage door. I'm not 100% sure it will fit (The shop is only 9' deep and the ceiling are just under 8'). I decided to go back and figured IF if can't get it to work, I will resell it.

I agree though that people like that are kinda crappy.

I just picked up the last one in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania. It was up on a high shelf. Online it was listed for 398. The store scanned it and it was $100.03. We picked it up immediately. If you're in the area Timonium Maryland has some.

Mine did not come with the motion sensing wall control. There is a yellow slip of paper in the box that states due to "supply chain" issues, motion sensing wall controls were not include. Mine included a non motion sensing wall control. The yellow slip of paper states to go to chamberlain.com/wallcontrol and register so that they can send you one when they become available. To register, you will need the model number and date of manufacture.

What was your mfg date? My store had a 6/21 and a 10/21. The 10/21 box was beat up so I went with the 6/21. Haven't opened it just yet but I assume earlier dates have a higher likelihood of not having the motion control unit
