No it's not. The true dealbreaker may be the MIR. It's a decent deal if the MIR comes through. If not, then it's a crap deal because similar spec laptops have been posted for about $700-750 range, not including offers and cashback. Laptop DDR4 ram is pretty cheap and another 8gb stick can be added for ~$30 to get dual channel.

Bought this laptop from Adorama with $100 MIR and I'm still waiting on the rebate. It says they have received it but it is still processing.. Nearly three months later.

Has been stuck on "We have received your submission and it is being processed." since almost the beginning of January.
