Got this model during Black Friday sale for the same price. Excellent camera.
How do you have it set up? I'm trying the Mini from best buy. It has better video quality when it doesn't track motion at 15fps but that's about it. Seriously crippled. 15fps looks just as bad as wyze when tracking in low light. I haven't been able to get Mini to work with any RTSP software. Maybe it's not mean to be but i assume it's not much different from C24. One reviews says C24 supports RTSP but not very reliable connection. Eufy says it supports 24fps with home kit. 2k @15fps is crap. I don't think this cam supports 24fps with or without their kit. I want to find something better in 2k.
FYI: I was planning to retire my Wyze cams for these, but found out these don't have time lapse. Reached out to Eufy. No ETA if/when time lapse will be available. Bummer.

I love love these cameras. I was a Wyze shop before. I replaced every Wyze with one of these. I have BlueIris in the background that all of the cameras very reliably connect to. I couldn't get RTSP working reliably with the Wyze cameras before.
Being the cautious person I am, I have set all of the IPs on these devices to static IPs, created an object group on my firewall with all of those IPs, then blocked all LAN to WAN traffic from these cameras. That way, they only talk on my LAN to the BlueIris server. If I need to do a firmware update on them, I will disable the firewall rule, do the firmware update, then enable the rule again. This is just me being cautious, but works extremely well for me.

We had the same prob. To solve it get smart plugs for each one so you can power cycle each one whenever you want and anywhere in the world!
I see. I have to learn how to do that but i think i'll need a more advanced router. I use one from xfinity. it's very limited. but it's free.
By referring you to my point above, I meant that I have these cameras and they work extremely well with RTSP.
The bit about denying lan to wan traffic was just more of a FYI for any techies out there like me that have a business grade firewall and home lab set up. Definitely not required.

I see but i'd still want to learn. Problem with RTSP and eufy is i'm so fed up with wyze 1080/15 that i'll take 2k/15fps and much better low light video quality any time over wyze. I ordered c24 and will likely keep Mini for pan tilt. I can't go back to 1080 again.

sorry to lead you astray then. I'm pretty sure the c24 will only do 1080 via RTSP. To get the full 2k have to use the Eufy app.
