Our bathroom is rather small and I was looking for something foldable where I can put a towel / clothes on while showering.

Unfortunately, I can't screw into the bathroom tiles. If this would work with double sided tape it would be perfect!

Yes it will. Mount the monitor to the wall and put your PC on the floor. Use this desk for your mouse and keyboard.
