Yes. Our old Honda Accord used to drive with a notably smoother engine and get better mpg as soon as this went into the tank (albeit not the high mileage version). Start with a low tank, pour this in, fill the tank to mix, then run that tank through near to empty so it doesn't get further diluted. If you have a road trip coming up that's perfect timing.

We would normally run a bottle through just before an oil change.

We eventually sold the car when the AC system finally died. The engine itself was still performing absolutely perfectly.

I feel like the same deal came up a week ago and the same exact posts were there. I lean toward the people who say to just run good quality gas as often as you can. I've used plenty of these over the years and none have made any noticable improvement or harm.

The only time a fluid has worked a miracle on my car was when I realized I should pay attention to Honda's trans service guidelines instead of GMs manual for my Honda powered Saturn Vue. Pretty much saved my transmission at 110k. I encourage everyone to research and be knowledgeable about their car, even if they are paying to have the work done. Each car has it's unique maintenance quirks that can impact longevity. There is a wealth of knowledge out there to put to work for you and most garages aren't going to deviate from their one size fits all recommendations unless you lead them to it.

Wow, a reliable Honda Accord. I use it, and never notice anything. Makes me feel good though.

The manual for our '18 DI Chevy basically says this. Stated in the format of, if you don't use top tier most of the time you need this every oil change. Well the GM branded bottle of the same thing.
