I accepted their offer of $1600 last week as well. Got shipping notification the next day and got the TV 3 days later. I'm in Southern California and it came from Nashville. TV and box came in perfect with no damage. Just hung it up last night and works perfectly. My first OLED and in love with it! Just registered it with LG as well for warranty with no issues.

Overall I'm happy with my experience with that certain website.

I was thinking the same thing until I read the reviews of warranty provider. Seems like fake peace of mind.

It's definitely a risk, but you should be fine if you don't watch the same content over and over. I bought the 77" C1 through the LG Partner Store, and it was $2300. If I notice burn after 5-6 years, I'll just get a new OLED or maybe a micro LED set if it's mainstream by that point. I haven't read a single glowing review from CPS so their warranty wouldn't mean much to me. Best Buy had the best warranty out there, but you're going to pay for it. There's also the off chance that you get the warranty, and never need it.

Got counteroffer from verde toe for $1099 for C1 55". Accepted and it has shipped.

With tax included and free shipping, it might be a better deal. Pay with costco CC and you have 3 years of warranty total (1 manufacturer and 2 with CC (burn-ins not included))

The needle goes into the green at $2600. I'd offer $2500 and let them counter it, which will most likely be for $2600.

With dealer prices for the 83" recently getting a cut, I'd imagine the 77" gets one soon too. So you could save a little more if you wait. And obviously the C2/G2 isn't far away either, which means it'll get cheaper just because of that
