Headset sells for $55 on Ebay so the deal is basically MSRP.

If you don't need the share button, the older controller is far better in terms of quality and reliability (though still not as good as original Xbox one or 360 controller

Got an order in for March 4 delivery. Ironic that what constitutes a deal is the availability of a high demand product at MSRP.

It's definitely a helpful post if you can use the headset and controller.

I have a bunch of XBox.com gift cards so have to wait for it to show up there, otherwise I might have jumped on the similar Gamestop deal.

Sign up for an email for a bundle. I did and got one in a bundle not unlike this. It was an extra controller and a digital game.
Series X is pretty awesome, even on a 1080P tv.

I value the older controller well above the new one. Better build, large enough to hold without cramping (they shrunk it to save costs and went too small), and has taken much longer for problems to arise. Having used the new controller for 6 months, I would prefer a series X that only bundled the previous controller instead of the new one. The only things to really consider a point in the new controller's favor is the dpad (which I'm fine with the older style) and the share button (which I don't care for). I guess there's also the textured plastic that serves as a grip (I don't need it but others may). Other than that, since they can both function on all Xbox one or series systems, the older controller is objectively better. I would prefer a controller that didn't make my hands cramp and had better build/plastic quality.

Though, buying a bundle to get a system at MSRP is kinda ridiculous, but to each his own.

Edit: fixed typo and adding additional notes

I'm just going to wait until it's available. Maybe just get the new models that they usually release after 3 years.

Where do you sign up for the email? I had tried finding it before and don't seem to have signed up for it
