Looking at the reviews on Amazon, there might be some quality issues with these?

This can't be used with Xbox in any way (wired or wireless)? I'm looking for a wireless headset to use with both PlayStation and Xbox…

From what I researched, it has to be the cloudx version for Xbox. Bummer at 79 that's a really good deal.
otherwise, great find OP.

It should work with PS5. When you first then it on, the volume may drop to 0 so you may have to turn it up everytime you play. This is from Reddit. I'm debating for PS5 too.

I recommend the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro over these. Hands down the best wireless gaming headset under $250.

Well, that may be a good headset, but that also puts you at $140 instead of $80. Also, I'd argue that the HyperX Cloud II wireless is comparable, and can be had for $120 with a discount. For the king of headset under $250 though you're also competing with headset like the Logitech G Pro X headset which may be better. I know you probably like your headset, but there's some other good options to consider.

I had the Blackshark v2 Pro but returned it after I ordered the Corsair HS80 to compare the two. I much preferred the Corsair as it's way more sturdy, has the best sounding mic (flip-to-mute) of any wireless headset, has a wider frequency range (20-40k vs 12-28k) and has better sound imo. Also it gets incredibly loud - like I never turn the volume above 30/100. My Arctis Pro and Blackshark could both max out the volume and I felt like I could go louder still. Complete opposite for the HS80, it gets reallllly loud and I doubt most people would ever go above 50/100. The Blackshark is def a solid headset and wins in the battery life and lightweight dept, but the HS80 is hi-res certified, mostly made of aluminum and comes with Dolby Atmos for free. The skinny metal hinges on the Blackshark made me nervous tbh. That being said, the Blackshark is only $139 right now and I think that's a great deal. Though the HS80 is the same price so it's a tough call as they both have their benefits. If you want the most comfort, longer battery life and lighter weight then the Blackshark is the best option. If you want the best mic, high res audio, Atmos, RGB connectivity with games, and better build quality then the HS80 is a better choice imo.

I use this with my PS5 and PC and it works flawlessly. I simply move the USB dongle to the device I am using and turn em on.

Is this only a good headset for gaming?

Or is this still good for all purpose use? (ie the gym)

These feel really nice and high quality, but I returned mine because they had a very quiet hiss that constantly played whenever no audio output was going through. I believe this is because they max out the gain by default since it's not adjustable.

It could have been my headset but I didn't feel like trying out a different pair since I'm reasonably sure it's due to the high (and locked) gain levels.
