Legitimate reasons not to buy this watch:
If you don't appreciate the old fashioned charm of automatic (self-winding mechanical) movements, look elsewhere.
If you hate the idea of a Submariner homage, look for an original design. But but don't harp on Invicta for copying Rolex's iconic design, because they're far from the only company that does this.
If you're willing to brave the wild world of Aliexpress and other Chinese retail sites, you can get a similar Submariner homage with better specs for not a lot more ($75-$100)
The Invicta logo engraved on the side of the case bugs the crap out of some people.
Are you sure you want a dive watch? It gets its 200 meter water resistance in part due to its screw down crown, as does just about every other dive watch on the planet. If you forget to screw that crown back down after setting the time and get it wet, even once, you WILL ruin your watch.
For this price nothing can touch it. There are better watches to be had albeit at a 300% increase in price.

If you're looking for a diver watch in that price range, I strongly recommend considering Orient Mako II

That being said, most people are gonna laugh at you for getting an Invicta...
A lot of people love Invicta. This is one of the few they sell that isn't huge and garish. If you like it, get it. It's 50$, for that much, it's fine. If you want to go 150-200, yeah get a Seiko, Citizen or Orient dive watch. If accuracy matters to you, get a quartz watch. Automatics
in this range will likely gain or lose 10-20 seconds an hour.

Automatic comes with its own set of obligations in terms of ongoing maintenance. Make sure you know what you are getting into. Nothing wrong in Quartz IMHO.

Invicta's QC and manufacturing processes have come a long way. Gold tone actually looks like gold. They use the TMI NH35a automatic movements like Seiko does and while they aren't as smooth as a NE88, Swiss made 25 jewel automatic they are decently accurate (but not Quartz accurate)

While tru ppl with small wrists like myself would look really huge with a duro shame Casio didn't make a duro mini at 40mm
Save yourself the $40 throwaway and get something else. As someone else mentioned if you're looking for something this cheap and similarly styled get a Casio Duro.
Considering current situation.... Vostok might not be a best suggestion.
