Do you think this will help with dry hands? I've tried so many different creams and lotions…I've resorted to putting chapstick on my knuckles. They are so dry and cracked

I used to get these and I don't know if they worked but I stopped taking them because I noticed that the recommended dose (2 gummies) has 8,333% of the daily value of biotin per day. And yes, you read that correctly.

Have you tried O'Keefe working hand cream. They're great for cracked hands.

From a quick PubMed search: "Although there exists an incredible amount of social media hype and market advertising touting its efficacy for the improvement of hair quantity and quality, biotin's efficacy for hair remains largely unsubstantiated in scientific literature…To date, there have been no clinical trials conducted to investigate the efficacy of biotin supplementation for the treatment of alopecia of any kind, nor has there been any randomized controlled trial to study its effect on hair quality and quantity in human subjects. Because of the lack of clinical evidence, its use to improve hair quantity or quality is not routinely recommended."

literally one can have up to 10000mcg biotin consumption daily.
Between 30 and 100 mcg of biotin per day is thought to be the baseline, essential need for adults. But for strengthening hair, a minimum dose of at least 2000 mcg is often advised.

To encourage faster hair and nail growth, some supplements are available with 10,000 mcg biotin.

Mayo Clinic states that 10,000 mcg is a safe dose, as no adverse side effects have been noted to date.

Reassuringly, even "mega doses" of 300,000 mcg found no side effects in neurological research.

There is zero proof biotin does anything.

Because there is absolutely no regulation on supplements they can print anything on the box and advertisements, no penalty for lying, only profit.

What's listed on the box doesn't even have to be in the supplement, they always fail lab testing for quantity and quality specified.

No the FDA doesn't do anything.

Thanks! I've tried the Gold Bond and the Burt's Bee's Ultimate, but not O'Keefe yet. I will give it a go!
