The 17" LG Gram is 2.98, but this one has touchscreen, so I guess it had to be heavier?

Think might be the reason.. For work purpose I will prefer 17 inches without touch screen honestly.

I recently purchased this for my wife who insists on having a touchscreen. I spent countless hours trying to find at least a 15" touchscreen, bright enough (>300 nits), 16 gigs RAM, good battery life and light enough (~3lbs) to move around without breaking $1.3K. This was the best I found. Overall, this is a good machine which can handle the majority of users in the world.

I'm a WFH software developer and I can share what I don't like about it as someone who considers themselves a power user of PCs. First, the glossy screen. There's a glare no matter where you position yourself or the screen. Next, the hinges for the display. I guess because it's a 2-in-1, the hinges have more give than expected and the display rocks back and forth with the slightest movement.

Other than that, no other big complaints. Not spectacular but it gets the job done for that price point.

BTW, one very underrated/understated gem of this is the ability to have a 16" Windows tablet.

Want to add few more Cons here.

1.) It has only one USB-A port so you can't connect Flash Drive and Wireless mouse at the same time. It's bit inconvenience.

2.) It doesn't have HDMI port handy so you need an adapter to connect external monitor from USB-C to HDMI port just like you need it for N/w. port (RJ-45).

3) In spite of lot of room (around 30%) available on System Board to accommodate more powerful speaker, LG opted to choose same weaker one from previous generation.

With the availability of blue-tooth mice I don't see a need for a wireless mouse that uses and requires needed & limited usb ports.

Touchscreens on laptops are such a gimmick.
