$16.99 for the letter size lined or dot grid plus more.

I got one from my company and as someone who uses 8000 sticky notes a day and loses a handful frequently enough, o have to say I love this thing. My handwriting is pretty terrible and the app doesn't always get the OCR right, but as long as I write the title ok, I can search the picture and decipher it myself pretty easily. Definitely saving trees and keeps your notes on one spot. I think my work paid much more, worth a try if you are thinking about getting a reusable/ erasable notebook.
I have these in 2 different sizes. While I do like the concept and enjoy the products, one thing that gets me from time to time is that the ink does not dry down as quick as writing on papers when you write on these notebooks, which usually leads to smudging when I accidentally run my hand over it…Also, in order for the eraser towel to do a good job it needs to be quite damp, which can be inconvenient if you're, say, in the middle of a class or meeting without a bottle of water.

I have these and I use them daily. I have both the lined and the dot grid letter sized notebook plus one executive notebook that was given to me. The letter size is a spiral sized notebook and the execution is about the size of a steno pad. I use them all but I prefer lined letter over the dot grid. The pens do run out of ink quicker than most but I keep them in my Amazon wish list and wait for a good price before I reorder.

I use the app weekly and upload to different "destinations" but I mainly upload right to my personal teams/365 OneNote notebook. From there I can move to other OneNote notebooks and/or sections and I can search my "written" notes which is something I wasn't very successful at with paper based notebooks.

I have these and I like them...usually to take notes and review them later. I don't use the app...I don't usually need my notes for more than a week or two. I cut out tabs from index cards and taped them on the side of my notebook to create subsections. I have the executive and regular notebook size and find the executive kinda small so that only gets used if I misplaced my regular notebook size so you'll probably want to order the full size from woot.

I have both on a clipboard so I can just pick it up and start writing and not have to find room on my desk. I don't have issues with the ink smearing...yeah it takes a few seconds to dry, just don't smudge it. If you turn the page don't turn it completely and squish the page on your table.

I work from home so no issues with not having water to dampen the cloth (or paper towel, tissue) as the bathroom is near by. If you're going to be in class all day then you'll want to plan ahead and ensure you have enough blank pages ahead of time.

Also the pens are just Frixion pens...you can buy them different style/colors. They aren't cheap. I dislike the ones the provide the most.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I'm interested in knowing more about your last comment: "I dislike the ones they provide the most". Do you have a favorite Frixion you like the best? I ask because I, too, don't like the fine point - I think it skips too much.

Generically I get the .7mm. I find the .5mm just too thin. I'm not a pen conniseour though I do have a small collection and some pens I like .7mm and some .5mm...It's kinda like clothes. One brand you fit a medium another a small.

I like the clickable ones: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pilot-...hbdg=L1100

They feel good, have enough weight to not feel cheap, no cap to lose. They are also refillable...I bought the refills from Amazon before and they came dry (I guess the product doesn't move). You can catch a deal where it's almost as cheap as the refill so it seems like a bother to keep track of where you put them.

I recently bought these: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pilot-...0/55586480

They are much lighter so feel cheap. There's no rubber grip grip as well. They work the same...

The ones that come with the Rocketbook just feels too fat, cheap (very light), no grip, has a cap and they're also expensive. It's like the worse of both worlds.

The pens will fluctuate by price and it's a pain to track too because there's many different packaging sizes, especially on Amazon.

Lol. I would love to shadow you for a day, just to see how you survive, if something like this is too complicated for you.

While I think it's a bit much for them to say it's just not good at all due to the dry time, imagine being left handed and trying to take a bunch of notes in a meeting or class quickly. Pausing every few words or trying to write while hovering your hand over the page doesn't work well. It reminds me of 4th grade when they forced everyone to use erasable pens at my school. Ink all over my hand all the time.

Unlike righties, our pinky and side of the hand will always touch the ink pretty fast and ruin the writing. Not to say it's totally useless, and there are different pens that can mitigate the issue some. But it's always a consideration.

Also, for any users, you can just finish scribbling your last words on the page and immediately flip to a new page to continue your notes, because if the text isn't dry it'll smear on the page it touches. Or if you are a frequent opener and closer of your notebooks as you jot notes down.

I have a hard time understanding why you would not just take a picture of your notes on paper to get them on the phone. I would want that paper copy to hold onto until no longer use just in case there was a computer failure and you lose everything. You would have that work to go back to. Maybe old school??

This concept was used in one of my kid's old toys. The paper had all those dots and you would draw what you wanted in this case it was a clothes design. Take a picture and in the app, the person would walk down the aisle with the new close design. So this is not a new idea. Just that it is no longer on paper and geared towards adults. Interesting.

Cool concept, but you can get the same result by using a white board or white board paper and hitting recognize text on the PDF. I have two of these and stopped using them after a few days

For my needs the "Microsoft To Do" free software works great and is synced to my mobile phone and desktop. This would be a downgrade for me in productivity but I see where it might work better for some.

They're okay. Basically a notebook made for erasable pens (the same standard ones).

Pretty good at first but the coating on the pages wears off after erasing them a lot, and then even erasable ink doesn't erase.

I don't mean the spiral. More concerned with rubbing the side of my hand while I write.
