Set store to 8550 and sale price comes up. As soon as I select ship to home it jumps to $399.

Does the 'You're shopping' store also change (from the 8550 store) after you select Ship to Home?

I think you're only changing the store to 8550 To see the price but you actually have to set it as your home store to be able to use the ship to home and be able to get the clearance price. I'm using the home depot app

I was able to order two via iPhone and browser. Set store to 8550 and check out with PayPal and ship to home. It worked twice. Ordered one for me and one for my friend.
