The Amazon reviews are atrocious. It complains of cement leaking from the lid within a few weeks of buying!
As good as these are (and I own a bunch of similar ones), make sure they have some sort of handles/indentations on the sides as they are incredibly heavy even when empty. They are nearly impossible to lift and move quickly. Just factor that in.
Always good to have a fireproof box for documents just in case

Good for fire proofing, but the locks on these are very easy to drill out.

Only if I can figure out ways to bolts to frame of vehicle to put away firearm & ammos. No need to freak out innocent law biding people everytime opening a glove compartment.

Thing's 40 lbs. A thief could easily carry this away. It's more for the fire resistance and waterproofing than theft prevention.

I just wanted people to know they aren't safe at all. Their keys are a farking joke and I was dumb for thinking otherwise. Call them a burn box or something else, they aren't safe.

Not many safes are truly 'safe', just check out any of LockPickingLawyer's videos.

This will do plenty fine to slow thieves down and keep your roommates(?) out. An alarm system will work better at keeping your residence 'safe'.

Plus it's not like most people keep super valuable items in a $50 file safe, or at all in their home, especially in those dinky 2cu safes. This is probably for valuable documents.

I do watch lock picking lawyer. He took it apart in 12 seconds with a circular saw and all their keys are on ebay. Man the reps from sentry are strong. I just gave my own personal opinion.

If you want an unsafe box that's NOT going to keep your roommate out or slow them down because they can get the damn lazy universal key next day shipped only to protect something from a fire, I highly recommend this piece of crap haha. It's the same key for every box. That's unsafe. Sentry is garbage. BTW my roommates the one that slowly stole from my safe because I didn't know the keys were all the same.

Good for fire proofing documents but all you have to do is throw it down really hard on a corner and it will open up.

You can use this as fireproof for paper documents, but having your documents digitized and stored securely is the way to go in this day and age. Use snap to pdf on your phones.
