verizon pre-paid cards. it's the only thing i ever buy from target. for me, they don't tax them unlike many others (ebay for one), and using them to pay verizon cancels all of the monthly extra misc charges too. and with the $5 off $50 target sale now, along with the red card 5% off, makes buying the cards a quadruple win, for me. all of this and then i get a $40 gift card promo. this really is a slickdeal to me.

I'm not sure if it matters, but I used mine online first but had the paper coupon in my wallet. I tried it at self checkout and it automatically discounted there also.

how do we close a redcard account, I do not use it and would love to be able to reopen when the next offer comes around
