Target sent me a notice saying I haven't used my Red Card in 14 months, and they are going to cancel it if I don't buy anything in the next two months. (I've gotten so many Target gift card deals, and the 5% cash back on Target gift cards never works with the Red Card, so I end up buying those with Discover or Chase Freedom during one of their quarterly 5% back, so I wind up not using the Red card for long periods of time). I was on here looking up Target deals to save the card, but maybe I should just let them cancel it, and sign up for this thing.

Target is the next Walmart (e.g. no one to help you, limited selection, empty shelves, etc.) = not worth the trip.
In some ways, but Walmart will always be significantly cheaper. Walmart is at least passing the savings onto you. Target just pockets the profit with their higher prices lol.

Food. Toilet paper. Paper towels. Garbage bags. Laundry soap. The list is endless.

The people that only want stuff on the exclusion list are typically college kids whose parents still pay for all of their household items.

verizon pre-paid cards. it's the only thing i ever buy from target. for me, they don't tax them unlike many others (ebay for one), and using them to pay verizon cancels all of the monthly extra misc charges too. and with the $5 off $50 target sale now, along with the red card 5% off, makes buying the cards a quadruple win, for me. all of this and then i get a $40 gift card promo. this really is a slickdeal to me.
