verizon pre-paid cards. it's the only thing i ever buy from target. for me, they don't tax them unlike many others (ebay for one), and using them to pay verizon cancels all of the monthly extra misc charges too. and with the $5 off $50 target sale now, along with the red card 5% off, makes buying the cards a quadruple win, for me. all of this and then i get a $40 gift card promo. this really is a slickdeal to me.

I got this promo when they did it in the new year. Got a coupon with my red card in the mail. Not a bad deal, especially since I only got a debit card which just cloned my original debit

How soon after we close a card can we reapply? I got a card last time they did $50 off around September.

–as I take 90 days gap from last applied date and i get always approved – I only apply for debit card .so I guess it's 60+ days from last closed days

If you go the debit card route and it get's approved after linking to the bank account, which is part of the application, the confirmation screen has your debit card number, and info. You can then immediately use the Red card and get the discount.
