Free!? The price is right! This supports Windows 10 and Surface. What about the Pen 15 club?

I have never heard of this app. Does anyone know if it's alternative to OneNote or is a completely different use?

Worthless offer because MS requires a verification code that they NEVER send to you. I can offer to give you a free 77 inch OLED TV and that would sound like an incredible offer but if I require you to have a verification code that I never send to you then it is just a fraud.

I popped open the MS Store app and found penbook via search. What do you know- it's free.

Related question... does anyone know if there's a 'Family Account' option for the MS Store?

I like 'buying' this stuff (esp. for free) on the Google Play Store (and similar with Apple's Family Sharing) and then adding it to my Family Library, so that my wife and kids can also have access to it.

Just wondering whether there was an equivalent for Microsoft.
(I'd like to [easily] give my son access to a few of my games and movies, and my daughter access to this)

I know there's Microsoft Family Safety, but I'm not sure that works similarly to Google's and Apple's family stuff, which allow you to actually share content.
