Really bad raised blacks on these units, even the 65"

It seems like it's an ips panel.

Also lots of issues with no signal or sound on the 120hz inputs.

Returned one earlier this year.

I got the same 55H9G and was going to get this 65" for my living room but I'm spoiled by the amazing blacks of the H9G. You likely will too... I'm waiting on a deal for the 65H9G

i was able to price match bestbuy through the walmart link for store pickup. Amazon went OOS while I was price matching and they couldn't use it. will decide if i want to go pick up or not...

Went to price match at BB and saw they are not available for shipping in my area and the nearest pickup location is an hour drive. Been on the fence for years with these TV deals and finally decide today is the day and it seems I'm going to keep waiting. This LeEco from the Walmart clearance deal 5 years ago is on its last legs!

I visited Best buy to check out Hisense U8G because I wanted to confirm great reviews from rtings before a purchase. But only found U7G next to bunch of other brands like Sony, Samsung, LG and all. Colors looked washed out and motion was terrible on U7G. Sony model next to it looked so much better color wise. I dont remember which Sony model but it was similar priced previous year model and not some of the popular ones like X90j or similar. I am not sure if U7G was calibrated or not but I was disappointed with Hisense's picture quality. Samsung had best motion than all other TVs including Sony. All were playing same demo videos so comparison was easy. I highly recommend checking out your local bestbuy before going thru hassle of returns.
