Just a quick warning - this is their "heavy duty" line and similar to polishes or other abrasives, you shouldn't use a more aggressive product than you need. Clay bars are not abrasive but can absolutely cause marring/scratching even with careful use.
If you have a heavily contaminated car, this is a great product. If you've clayed recently or have otherwise clean paint, I'd recommend a less aggressive variant. This would be great match for something like wheels, exhaust tips, someone already planning on heavy paint correction etc. I wouldn't choose this product as part of my normal maintenance routine.

I prefer using a light clay mitt or towel as it covers more area and I've found it safer on painted surfaces. Another thing I like about using a mitt or towel is you can simply rinse off the media if you accidentally drop it. Whereas a clay bar, you'd have to throw the thing away.

There are plenty of companies that make them and any of them would work. I have a fine clay towel from The Rag Company. If you subscribe to their newsletter, you get an additional 15% off.
