"In 2021 the European Commission published final opinions on the safety of three non-mineral ultraviolet, or UV, filters, oxybenzone, homosalate and octocrylene. It found that two of these filters – homosalate and octocrylene – are not safe in the amounts at which they're currently used. As a result, the commission proposed limiting the allowed concentrations of these filters in sunscreens."

Great deal - thanks for sharing! It's meant as a daily lotion with the benefit of including SPF - it is NOT water resistent. The reviews were very good and this is a trusted brand. I plan to put a tube of this by the front door and use to on my hands, arms and neck as I leave the house.

I see the coupon but there is no way to "clip" it. When I select S&S, I get $4.98 at checkout before tax.

nvm, I did it again and it works.

What amounts were being used in the study, what do they recommend limiting amounts too?

Further, "But the U.S has different standards, as sunscreen manufacturers are legally allowed to use these two chemicals at concentrations higher than the European limits. That's why hundreds of U.S.-made sunscreens have such high levels of the substances."

So likely whatever is available in the US has higher levels than what the EU limits are
