This one treats only 12 gallons max. Weird!

I chose the 'High Mileage' version for $1.60 more. (21 gallons max)

No, it's a cleaner - that's all. Probably not necessary if you're generally running a top-tier gas, but doesn't hurt either.

Interestingly enough in the owners manual of my Wife's new Kia Sorento it actually says to use fuel injector cleaner every 10,000 miles if you're not using Top-Tier gasoline.
