This is about as likely as getting approval to keep a small herd of cattle in your apartment.

Alternatively I could get two of these and a parallel cable and a 30amp to 50amp cable. This sounds like a pain and I'm not sure if this can even be made to run in parallel since I'd need the 30amp outlet to run to the horse.
