This or https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/702547... U7G seems tempting, but additional warranty on U6G (from Costco) feels like a good thing to have too. Considering Hisense to be the brand, should I have warranty to be the prime deciding factor?

No contest, the U7G is much better than the 65U6G.
Also be aware that per rtings.com, the 65U6GR picture quality is not quite as good as the 65U6G (non Roku).

The $599.99 deal for the 65u7g was much better than this deal.

Really dumb question. Which is a better unit/deal, this one (Hisense 65" U6GR5 Series Quantum ULED 4K Roku TV) or this one (70" TCL Class 4-Series LED 4K UHD HDR Smart Android TV), or this one (Hisense 65" Class - R7G5 Series [costco.com])

I have to pay 10.5% sales tax so they would be $607.74, $552.50, and $530.39 respectively

I don't consider the difference between 70" and 65" to be a significant-enough factor, but I would definitely like it to be at least 65" (not interested in 55" for example)

Can someone comment on which TV is "better" and could be greater bang for the buck? I'd "love" to get a 65" (or larger) 4K tv at around $400 or so but that likely won't happen (if at all) before Black Friday anyways

I don't do anything crazy on my tv's. Just an occasional Fifa 22 xbox game and some Whose Line Is it anyways. Occasionally hook up a PC when formatting/setting it up. Pretty standard "TV" use case scenarios. I also use Fire Cube (so I don't care about built in smart TV features and never will). I also currently have a Sanyo 65" 1080p (bought at walmart several years ago for $500 and back then was considered a steal!). This 4K tv would replace it just so I can enjoy 4k content.

Any advice?

fun fact: Scenes From a Hat is the best thing ever!

What is the difference in picture quality between U6GR (Roku) vs U6G which is android ?
I know U6GR supports VRR, HDMI 2.1 but no bluetooth
Anyone noticed any difference in picture quality between these two models ?
I'm planning to use fire tv stick and coreleec for movies so not an issue for OS crashing in Android or Roku

Wanted to understand whether Roku version is better than Android version in terms of picture quality

U6gr5>other hisense>tcl based on specs imo. U6 has the much higher brightness that will make hdr standout more.

Rtings.com give the U6 an edge bc the 6GR apparently sh*ts the bed with a 480p input. As far as side by comparison I'd go look at their ratings and make a decision on your viewing preferences.
