Picard season 2 goes until May 5th... so I'm going to wait until March 7th when this deal is about to expire to make sure I don't get billed full price to watch the final episode.

You can cancel it right after paying for the 2nd month and you will still continue to have it through the end of the 2nd month.
Just set a calendar reminder for April 8 in this case. I've done in several times.

They had something a couple of months ago, but I didn't NEED a subscription re-up a couple of months ago!

This Amazon Prime thing is tempting, BUT. I understand that streaming services under the Amazon Prime umbrella don't have everything the proper streaming services have. If I can't watch The Price is Right or Let's Make a Deal, this is a non-starter.

Regarding the alternative one-month free w/ code 1883, note it's NOT Premium, so you still get commercials. I'm an old fogey and didn't know the difference...back in the day, commercials were punishment for cheapos like me who wanted free TV...now you pay even to get commercials and pay more to get rid of them.

Every month since Paramount+ has been in existence, there has always been a Promo code for to get another Free month for new or returning customers. I don't why know any SDer would be spending money on it.
