Put this back in the title like the OP had! The OP was pretty clear that "Only eligible U.S.- issued Delta SkyMiles® Gold, Delta SkyMiles® Reserve, and Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express® Cards are eligible." There's no evidence that this offer is available outside of the Delta-cobranded cards, so stop luring those of us with different cards.

This offer could work different, but in my experience with Amex offers the credit shows up within a few days of the charge hitting your card (not pending, but actually charged).

anyone use us mobile for their cell service? wondering if this would work as a double dip since they also "refund" for the same disney level services with their family plan(s)
