"Drinking caffeine-containing beverages as part of a normal lifestyle doesn't cause fluid loss in excess of the volume ingested. While caffeinated drinks may have a mild diuretic effect — meaning that they may cause the need to urinate — they don't appear to increase the risk of dehydration."
Also, Gatorade powder is way cheaper than this, and you can dilute it to your desired amount in water. I also make "simple syrup" out of it by doing 1:1 water/Gatorade and boiling it. Then I put it in a container, and add the syrup to water and it instantly mixes.

Side note - I think these are fine if you want to have something flavored at work that isn't coffee. From an athletic perspective, these are NOT good to use. Caffeine causes dehydration which is not what you want when doing some cardio activity where you want hydration and electrolytes.
