Just curious, how frequent do you change masks? I use one mask for several days.
Lol I use the same mask for weeks. Just keep one in every article of clothing and bag and use whatever's convenient. Replace it when it looks visibly worn or something obviously gross happens like I drop it on the ground.
I have these and they are fine for KN95 masks. I don't have a problem with them. They WERE a good deal when N95 masks were hard to find and were price gouged. But NOW it makes zero logical sense to buy these when you can buy legitimate 3M N95 masks for less money. Not to mention, you can get FREE legitimate N95 masks from CVS, Walgreens, etc. I just picked up a bunch of free Honeywell N95 masks from my CVS. Why would anyone rather get lesser masks and pay more for them???
What makes these lesser? The N95 and KN95 standards are basically identical, and these have been tested by American agencies to exceed that standard. Some people like the fit of these better as well.

I realize that the "standards" are the same but that does not mean they are equal in function. First of all the 3M N95 masks I have worn (and I have worn several different models are a much tighter fit on the face and therefor there is a much lesser chance of anything getting in. 2nd, while wearing either mask and having your hand out in front of your face, try to blow on it. You will feel much more of the blowing of air when wearing a KN95 mask including these Powecom than any N95 mask I have worn. These reasons alone will tell you that N95 masks are more protective and anyone who knows anything about masks will tell you the same. When you have worn both, it's like night and day really. KN95 masks are between surgical masks and N95 masks in terms of quality and protection. If you think KN95 masks which are China's standards vs. N95 NIOSH masks which are U.S.'s standards are the same, well, good luck with that... And yes I realize these are more comfortable, that's because they are a lot thinner and flimsier. If you are looking for comfort these win. if you are looking for protection, they lose. I have a bunch of these and a bunch of N95 masks and the only way I will ever wear these is if I somehow run out of N95 masks and I'm unable to get more.

I think the tests run by the CDC are probably what folks should make a decision based on instead of the informal tests and ramblings of some random dude on Slickdeals. "Flismy" isn't a meaningful metric, filtration is, and you can't meaningfully discern filtration by feeling. These things are formally tested by experts for a reason.
Ordered a couple of times last year and very happy with service and products.
Submitted order in January this year and never received product, just automated email responses and phone messages. After 30 days I contacted my credit card and contested the charges.
I had the same issue and did the exact same thing.

Usage in accordance with certain virus-related recommendations and guidelines, allergies when outside, places with poor air quality etc. There are a ton of reasons why a person would want to filter the stuff they inhale/exhale, and mitigate the spread of their breath. It's like wearing shoes.
I always put one on before I put chlorine in my pool for example, since I inhaled that once and it made my lungs feel bad lol.
It appears that this company no longer provides the same level of service that it once did. I have made several orders through them and have all shipped within a week with excellent communication until the last order in which I never received even after inquiring via email and only received an automated response.
I ended up contacting my credit card company to issue a chargeback.
I'm always surprised when I read comments here about Bonafide and their Powecom masks and see a few negative references. I've purchased from them 4 times and never had the slightest problem. I've received orders generally within a week or so, as ordered and in good shape, and the masks are probably as good a quality as you'll find for KN95's.
That said, from the point of view of an SD'er, I do think this price seems a bit high given the current state of the market for masks and their availability. If you need them now anyway, these should be fine. However, at this juncture they should probably be under a dollar a piece. JMO.
When you apply the coupon code with the 100 pack option, they add a shipping charge of $16.26. Every other option including the larger 200 pack, show free shipping with the coupon.

Buyer beware.
