Purchased one back in Sept. Using it to keep my network online. Worked well for the few power outages we have had.
I have 5 such Costco units for various network nodes and 2 of the large ones powering desktop computers. One of these ones powers a 5bay Synology and that guy lasts about 20 minutes at regular load (9 cameras writing to the HDD and some small continuous backups). No issues at all, including the one mounted on the wall in the garage for the fiber ONT exposed to the high Florida humidity.

Yes, it's simulated sine wave but modern power supplies are no longer so sensitive to it. Or at least my desktops aren't. I've had 4 occasions in over a year when the power went down and I wasn't home to shut down the desktops and synology (ranging from 3 to 15 minutes as per my sense monitor) and they all did just fine on the larger units. So this has been my personal experience.
"Run times vary based on the power required by connected devices. This system is estimated to run for 7 minutes at half load, 2 minutes for a full load."

Been waiting for this size battery backup to go on sale. Getting 1 for my network switch. I have the big one from costco for my modem+router+gaming desktop+main monitor and it works great.

It says "Simulated Sine Wave" but lists computers as a use. Is this "stepped"/ "modified"/ "square" or pure sine wave?

I have owned different APC ups models over the years and have mostly been satisfied with their performance.
Has anyone who's used both APC and Cyberpower comment on their performance? Or in general, is one brand regarded better than the other?

For home use, I've seen people buy cyberpower. I have two UPSs from them and they're both running great. Zero complaints. I think their batteries are cheaper and easier to replace as well.
