Modded this last year. Then play for couple days and it's back collecting dust. Put on offerup for weeks and everyone lowball around $50 or $40.

$100 bucks is a no brainer. Get coinops saucy 5.5 I think to download onto a 128gb USB flash drive. Voila, you have coin ops with 2000+ arcade games from the 1970s to 1995ish

I bought one a year ago at this price from Walmart, I think it's about as good as it gets.

Great deal. These are great for modding and making your own arcade setup. 100bucks is very doable. Thanks OP

Is the GameStop extended protection plan useful for this? I've read in previous threads that they sometimes break quickly and only have like a 30 day manufacturer's warranty, right?

Bought this at this price a year ago or so, and it's worth every penny.

Anyone know of any cabinets you can buy to create a stand-alone arcade unit out of this? I've got mine all set up (with saUCE) and am moving into a bigger house so I'll have the space.

Yep. These kinds of things are best if you have buddies coming over or kids you want to introduce to some of the old games. I can see it popular at like a beach house on a rainy day where you have a big group. But alone, yeah, you're not going to play it very often.

Can this be combined or added to a Mister setup in any way?

Yeah, that's how I use mine (also use it with RetroPie). Direct wired connection via USB. Each set of controls are seen as separate controllers. Works great!

Mine died a little while ago, won't connect to the console puck or any Bluetooth devices. Device shows up in Bluetooth settings and can pair, but buttons/joysticks have no movement. Googling the issue this seems to be common, and nobody has a fix.

Buyer beware.

I have one I got from wm a while back, bought the 3yr warranty just in case. It mainly collects dust but is cool when friends come over. I built a stand for it and use in garage with a projector. Must be "modded" via usb hard drive/stick to be of any real value.

I got the mini one which is still huge last year for I want to say $60 and set it up and used it twice... Am tempted to get this one for the trackball and pinball flipper buttons but eh.
