i own both and they both have their pros and cons... the mini can be used on your lap for example.. but the pro has trackball and 2 player controls. The pro has more pre installed games but once you add coin ops that doesn't matter

you can't go wrong either way

Is it supported to connect 2 minis or more in one system?

This. Great deal! Only issue I've found is with coin ops, this will not work with twin stick games (i.e. smash tv)

I picked this up at Sam's a few weeks back when they were clearancing them out at the same price. Recently bought this stand and it's nice to have if you don't want this resting on your lap or coffee table

Does the pro use the hockey puck thing too or is it built-in?

Does either have wifi capability? If not is it hard to add?

Thanks.

There is wifi capability. Not on the stick unit itself, but on the unit that attaches to the tv.

Pandora seems better, but no trackball and about 2x the price (of the pro).

Anyone own both that can make a comparison?

Do you mean the Mini can be used with PC apps like RetroArch, Mame, LaunchBox as "just" game controllers -- this not use the built-in atGames gaming system?

... and the Pro can not?

Can you just connect this to a retropi and a TV and use it as a controller? I'm assuming so...the arcadenet/GUI built in looks pretty meh.

I have both the pro and the mini. If trackball games aren't important to you, or if you play single player, the mini is the way to go. You're really just buying this for the core (puck) and the ability to use a USB drive to play sauced games. Might as well save the $50 and use it for a USB drive and USB hub.
