Anti-inflammatory diets are scientifically unproven, and most studies say there is no evidence for them at all*. Canola oil for instance, is most concerning because of RBD. However it is really almost no concern because of trace amounts. It can also help reduce LDL **.

If you are gassy from eating fiber you do not get enough fiber. It is your bodies reaction. ***

Dove chocolate bars have 1g of fiber.

Got these partly for my stepdad to boost his fiber intake (he eats the SAD diet still, and it's finally catching up to him).
Low protein is kind of a bummer but it could pair well mixed into some Greek Yogurt.

These taste good but they're more of a gimmick than a nutritional fiber supplement. Think more along the lines of a candy bar. For example, a Dove chocolate bar has 7.6 grams of fiber.

You're correct, I'm wrong. I went off this stupid chart which is wrong, wrong, and more wrong. I stand corrected.

Wow... a study involving 10 participants. Nice choice. With this brick of evidence we shall reshape the whole of science... 🙄

Too much sugar (ingredients include sugar, corn syrup, sugar again, fructose), almost no protein. Pro tip: don't eat more than two per day of any Fiber One product. Chicory root extract will destroy even the hardiest gastrointestinal tract.
To hell with chicory root.
It took me a minute to realize it was that ingredient that was making me rip bombs thruout the day.

Contrary to what I previously understood, it looks like chicory root fiber / inulin can actually be useful health-wise:

(also these Fiber One bars are admittedly tasty!)

With the coupon and S&S discount, I'm able to get $4.88 for one 15-pack. Yay! Note coupon only applies to one 15-count pack -- when I tried to subscribe to 2x boxes, then the total was going to be something like $11.16 or $5.58 per box
