The inflator is occasionally on sale at Direct Tools Outlet Factory Blemished for ~$30. (tool only, not battery no charger)
I picked one up a couple months ago via those sales. It's good. I like the hybrid power so you can use 12v DC or battery, Little annoying that there's no built in power cable storage/retention.

This pump is a world of a difference from the $40 viair pump. I got sucked in by the digital controls and auto shutoff. The digital cutoff setting does not persist between unplugs either.

It being slow, it's as fast as they get. I've tried a Hart and the new Milwaukee and they are just as slow or slower. This is for a top off, not setting a bead.
The not keeping the automatic shutoff pressure between battery swaps is a joke hopefully, it is very easy to use and takes literally less than 5 seconds to reset the pressure to whatever shutoff you like.
This though isn't much of a deal. I got my kit for $70 and see the tool only regularly at ~$50 or less all the time.

Now if you need it for airing up all-terrain tires after an air-down, well that will take you a bit longer.
This thing is a great little pump. Maybe this kit is not a great price with the battery and charger. I got mine like most tool-only for much cheaper as I already have 6-8 batteries at home.
