This is tempting. At this point my MX Master mouse is fully functional, but most of my other devices now use USB C making a switch to the MX 3 tempting. Aside from USB C, is there really any advantage over the original MX Master?

I'm not sure but I have been using a 10 years old MX Performance version and it's still going strong.

I had a $5 off coupon to Staples in my Paypal account, so I paid $64 grand total after tax and free in store pickup. Thank you!

For those who have the MX Master 2s, the MX Master 3 Adv is a tiny bit taller on the index finger knuckle area, but makes a differnce so for those who do a claw grip on their mice and have big hands, I prefer the MX Master 3 over the Master 2s. I tried both side by side. Is it worth upgrading if you already have the 2s? That's up to you and how much cash you have laying around. For those who have neither, and are in my situation, go for the MX Master 3 especially with the coupon.

Thanks OP. My Performance MX was starting to get a little loose, and I was thinking it was about time to get a backup. For my hands, you just can't beat the ergonomic feel of this series. Sounds like the move of the forward/backward buttons will benefit me as well, after I get accustomed to the new location.

Not for me yet. I have the original MX master got it when it was first released about 7 years ago and still going strong even the battery life is still really good on it. This is a very tempting deal just for the USB-C, but hard to spend the money when the OG MX Master is still fully functional.

For the logitech experts out there. Is there a difference between the mac version vs regular version. I will be predominantly utilizing it for my mac so if there are actual performance benefits that'll be desirable.
