Contest Name: Dragon Stout 'Show Us Your Dragon' Photo Contest (the "Contest").
Contest Dates: Contest registration begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/1/2022 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 5/31/2022.

How to Enter – Four (4) Ways: There are four (4) ways to enter the Photo Contest: (1) via Instagram, (2) via Twitter, (3) via Text, or (4) via online entry. These four (4) entry methods are outlined in detail below. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry, and each entry requires a unique photo that has not been previously entered into the Contest.
All entries must be fully complete with all required information, and must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on 5/31/2022 to be eligible.
General Photo Submission Requirements:
Contest Winner Determination – Judging of Submissions: On or about 6/3/2022, a panel of judges as solely determined and appointed by Sponsor/Administrator shall review, select and designate a maximum of two (2) potential winning entries from among all eligible entry submissions received from all entry methods combined as set forth below (see judging criteria below).
Judging Criteria: Submissions shall be judged by a Sponsor/Administrator-appointed panel of judges pursuant to the following guidelines, requirements and criteria in the determination of the winning entrant:
Prize Award (maximum two (2) winners): Each eligible entrant designated as a prize winner shall be awarded:
· one (1) $1,000 gift card, from the Sponsor designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize award: $1,000. Total ARV of all available prize awards combined: $2,000.

You must submit your photo through your own public Instagram account, and use the hashtag #DragonStout #Contest.
- Twitter Post: To enter via Twitter, using your own public Twitter account, post a Tweet with your photo from your mobile device or computer, showing you with Dragon Stout (Note: no purchase is necessary ~ your photo may include any image, logo, product, display, merchandise, advertisement or other item related to Dragon Stout). You must use the hashtag #DragonStout #Contest.
- Text: During the Registration Period, you may initiate participation in the Contest via text entry if you are in possession of a Short Message Service (SMS) capable device with an eligible text plan, and have obtained the bill payer's permission to enter via text. Text entry may not be available through all wireless carriers. Enter via text by sending a text message from your mobile device to the designated short code (68683) with the designated key word (DRAGON) in the body of the message. You will receive an automated text reply providing a link to the Contest registration website at www.DragonStout
Offer.com. - Online Entry: Scan the QR Code on the applicable point of sale material or directly visit the registration website at www.DragonStout

- Overall quality of the submitted photo (25% of score);
