I cut up these bars into smaller squares and bake them into mini cookies. There are instructions online that are helpful and easy to find.

Doesn't make them into Chips Ahoy but does break up the monotony of eating protein bars all the time.

I just take them out of the wrapper and nuke them in the microwave

I do that to soften them up but still pop them in the oven for a few minutes. They turn out more crispy/crunchy than some people might like but when you're eating low carb the crunch is a nice bonus imho.
