Got excited but the reviews are awful. Basically most people say that it's for kids 3 and under.

Costco so can always return, but not sure if it's worth the hassle.

FYI

So it should still be perfect for a 1-3 year old. Too small for anyone older.

I bought this and returned it bc battery wouldn't hold charge after a week. I bought it again and now we had it for about 3 months and the battery doesn't hold a charge. Works for maybe 10-15 minutes before it dies. It's on the small side but perfect for indoor riding. I am not returning it bc it seems that the kids just like to sit it in it. If I was getting it for myself (lol), definitely would avoid.

Words of advice buy a 12v car, add a voltage regulator, then run your tool batteries. All of the cars I've been through have worthless batteries from the start.

Spend the 50 bucks to run tool batteries. Plus it's super fun to dial up the juice

Any recommendations for the voltage regulator?

Fuse: Littelfuse 0FHA0030XP ACS ATO HD Carded Inline Fuse Holder with 30 Amp Fuse https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000COA...KfLfpY49sL

Regulator/speed controller: RioRand 7-70V PWM DC Motor Speed Controller Switch 30A https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071NQ5...UTF8&psc=1

I have done two of these builds so far one on a 12v jeep and another on a 6v Dodge Viper. I'm currently adding lights to the viper. Very easy to do. I run dewalt batteries so I use the usb dewalt power source. I just checked Amazon on the one I bought and it was not listed anymore… maybe a supply chain issue?
