Yes, it does support USB C display and charging. It also has its own power port and hdmi out port in case you don't want to use USB C.

I bought this at retail price about a year ago and love it. The build feels plastic-ey (creaks), and the webcam isn't great, but the specs, battery life, limited bloatware, and ability to output to dual monitors (via USB C hub) + charge through USB C are unmatched for the price. It has a proprietary power cord, so be careful with it if you aren't going to use USB to charge.

I bought the lower-end Ryzen 3 version of this that was on sale for a couple months for $350, sometime last year. About 2 weeks before that, I had bought the 13" Intel i3 (I think) version of this, that was on sale for $400. I returned it and when the Ryzen one went on sale, because it was $50 cheaper and had a 15.1" screen, though I noticed nothing different, performance wise.

I mention all of that, because with mine being even lower spec-ed than this, I was surprised at what it can actually handle. I bought it just because I needed a super cheap place holder until I can build a desktop. I was planning on just using it to record music, but it's actually able to play a ton of PS3/Xbox 360 era games, usually on medium to high settings, frequently hitting 60fps, but even when it doesn't, it can usually stay at a locked 30fps.

So, even though this thing doesn't seem like much, I would imagine anyone who buys it would be pleasantly surprised at what it can actually do. Just go in with realistic expectations.

I've had my lower-end one for nearly a year and I've had zero performance problems with it. It does have some very obvious screen clouding when there's a dark scene and the fan is loud and kicks on whenever it feels like it. So, that's really annoying, but the fan will generally stop if I wake the screen up and just click on the start menu and then close the menu after a few seconds. It's a weird fix.

If you look at the photos, they label the round one on the left as the "charging port".

This looks like a solid price for someone who needs a laptop right now. The specs (IPS, 512GB, 16G ram, 11th gen i5) seem hard to beat. My wife's Dell is dying and I am not sure if I can wait a couple weeks. Review seems good

The trackpad is just okay on this and the speakers aren't really great. Everything else is great on this laptop.

They also have a larger 15.6" version also

Yeah was gonna buy but after reading reviews and seeing how they cut every corner possible, I decided to wait for a deal on a better machine. Even the ssd is SATA, not nvme. Com'on it's 2022.

Read the reviews before you pull the trigger...
I bought this and it died after 3rd use and good luck getting through to customer service. I tried 5 times to leave a negative review and it kept getting screened, don't trust the reviews. They actually suck more than what is shown..
