Thanks went back to GameStop and "returned mk8" I bought last night and rebought it for a difference of $11 back in my pocket! This why I like buying physical games.

Advantage is that you don't have to swap cartridges. No you can't have two people play at the same time.

If it's downloaded already it should continue to work but you bring up a valid point and even thought I prefer digital as I don't have to swap cartridges I always buy the cartridge if it's a game I want forever.
