At least this version is 7.5W. It would generate too much heat and be wasteful especially for portable chargers if it was higher.

Got his one few days ago on sale and it works pretty well. Doesn't heat up to much since 5W charging and works well in pass through mode too.

It's not recommended due to the size. It probably will work, but stick out on the bottom. If you don't care about the stand part, the Anker 521 magnetic battery fits the mini very well and is cheaper.

Since my PC died, I've been stuck using my phone for almost everything like a pleb and realizing the limitations of the iPhone 12 mini battery. The built in stand seems potentially useful, but you can't prevent charging and use only as a stand, it seems.
