The extra height of lifting a stock vehicle is not what this is for. This is for jacking up a lifted vehicle like a truck or a Jeep where the lift kit causes the frame rails to be much higher, and your standard 19" floor jack won't even touch the frame.

A buddy of mine has one and it seems to be of good quality, my only complaint is when twisting the handle to lower the vehicle it's almost on off unlike the Daytona at Harborfreight which gives you a lot of control when you are lowering a vehicle.
Paging Jack experts for their 2 cents. A comparison to Harbor Freight would be good.
Harbor freight doesn't carry anything that reaches that height

30" lift is nuts. I own the low profile 24" lift from hf and if this thing was in stock I was going to pick it up.

Unless you're doing a job and spending a few hours under the car the extra lift likely isn't worth much. But if you don't have any jack and these are in stock near you it's ag great deal.

Extra lift is only for SUV/off-road. Low-profile mode (without the 6" SUV adaptor) can only go up 24" Smilie

Great deal, but at 106 pounds it is too heavy for me. Waiting for a good all aluminum jack SD.

For the money I think this beats any 3 ton currently offered at harbor freight as a multi vehicle jack. This price range is in the Pittsburgh line and they're over priced nowadays. As mentioned from others the max height would be a selling point for any high clearance suv/trucks while still being able to be your 1 jack that can also be low enough to lift cars.

Bought this for slightly more just before Christmas. Plan on changing the grease fittings on it as soon as you get it. 2 out of 3 on mine were finger tight and didn't have enough threads to tighten and hold. Only used it a couple times but handle seems to bind slightly when trying to turn to open or close the release. Seems well built other than those minor issues.
