it should because I also called them on saturday to ask about it and was told they authorize more than the item just in case and it will correct itself in a day or 2.
I ordered an extra one just to keep on the side and at this price considering inflation it might be best to do this.

Not sure how high the cocktail cabs are but the stool can be assembled at 21.5 or 29.5 inches.
