Even though it shot up to $395 recently.
This one [dell.com] is the 144Hz version. It's not on sale so it's actually more expensive right now than the 240Hz.
There is probably an option to drop the refresh rate if you think your games cant run it
You can configure monitors frame rate in windows settings or NVIDIA control panel (or AMD's equivalent)

Anyways, I don't know why anyone would be looking to spend over $200 on a 24" IPS 1080p for 240Hz. Anything past 120Hz is just a weird flex. I've seen 27" IPS 1440p at 144hz for $250 (although not the greatest LCD panel or backlight in the world).
