This shit is delicious. Pro-tip. Don't dump the tin of blueberry-water. Dump the liquid into your measuring cup and use it as part of the water added to the mix. Will give an added boost of flavor. Muffins will be tinted purple for extra fun.

Sprinkle sugar on top for extra crunchy.

Costco sells 12 muffins for $9. I'd have them more often if they weren't 700 calories each

These are pretty good. Better than store bought, at least to me. It's not diy recipe good but much easier, so can't compare.
