This is just a re-post of all the GM cereal deals over the past few days. If you already used the 20% coupon on one of those deals, it will not work again here.

I've noticed that the few actually genuinely healthy cereals (that is to say not fakehealthy-but-actually-full-of-sugar/sodium/etc.) absolutely positively never go on sale. Not sure why that is. Just guessing but maybe they just figure the few consumers of them are such dedicated customers, and there's so very little competition at that end of the healthiness spectrum, that there's never any need to cut the price(?) They're probably right - I'd still buy my shredded wheat if the price suddenly doubled.

I think you're right. I also think the ones we believe to be 'healthy', still aren't healthy enough, just the lesser of the evils. Sadly it seems that way for most things. And if that weren't enough, in order to eat those somewhat healthier foods, we get it stuck to us again with the ridiculous prices we're expected to pay so we can eat half-***.

Some prices have gone up. The 19.5oz Honey Nut Chex is now $3.13 for me after coupon and S&S.
Myeh. Some of the price are still so-so, even with discounts. Even with crappy pandemic pricing now, you can still regularly get some of the smaller boxes for $1.25-ish each on sale with a much bigger selection. However, this IS delivered to your doorstep....so there's that. Chex is harder get on a decent sale or with any decent coupons, especially the sweeter/tastier Chex. And it's a large box. And I'm lazy. So I'll bite.

PS.....it was showing both a 20% coupon for S&S and a coupon for 20% that can be used without S&S. For me, anyway.

Peak childhood, taking several cereals dumping and mixing them in a huge bowl and watching weekend cartoons. Honey combs, frosted flakes, cocoa pebbles among my favorites. Fast forward years later, I also enjoyed those variety pack cereal bars from costco. Nutrigrain fruit bars and the Honey nut Cheerios/ cinnamon toast crunch milk n cereal bars.

How does this compare with costco pricing?

Speaking of nostalgia hmm the lucky charms clusters looks like a mix of rice krispy treats cereal (sugar galore but amazing taste).

Doesnt even come close. Costco: $6.39 for 49.5oz of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. That's not on sale.
