I activated a new card to extend my service date, but they completely zeroed out my balance. They refuse to help. Now I have filed multiple complaints with BBB, FTC, FCC, FL attorney general office.
Tracfone did NOT resolve the issue, but decide to close my account. Then someone else is in the process of porting my phone # out without my consent. I contacted TracFone, and they don't care and continued the port out.

Sucks that Tracfone doesn't offer this (even without the plan) on their own website so you can't buy with rewards points. The problems the Tracfone website has had in last half year during a quirky upgrade made it look like Verizon was trying to strangle customers to abandon this for something else.
