I notices a minor issue in their terms - they say if they can not fix it they will offer the cost of a replacement, not 3 years from now they will find some random brand tv in the market with the lowest price for this tech and pay you that amount which definitely would be very less. Someone got 1000 for a 2500 tv, I saw this comment on another thread
Allstate on the other hand gives back the original cost of the tv in such cases, I got the entire purchase price(less taxes) for a vizio tv I purchased from costco, when it malfunctioned
