Eligibility: The Modelo Especial and Grand Prix Fan Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the state(s) of California ("Eligibility Area") who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Sponsor: Crown Imports LLC, 131 S. Dearborn St., Chicago, IL 60603. Administrator: Nymble Agency 4032 Masonboro Loop Rd, Unit 101, Wilmington NC, 28409.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on March 02, 2022 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 25, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").
How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:
Via Website Entry. During the Promotion Period, go to www.acuragrandp
Via QR Code Entry. During the Promotion Period, locate and scan the QR code on Sponsor branded advertising materials using your web-enabled wireless device equipped with a QR code reader application (downloadable for free via the Internet) to be taken to a URL and follow the instructions to be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day.
Prizes:
Two (2) GRAND PRIZE(S):
Each Grand Prize shall consist of four (4) VIP tickets to the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach scheduled on April 8-10, 2022 in Long Beach, CA (the "Event"). VIP tickets include IndyCar Garage and Pit Access for winner and guests; one (1) Pace Car Ride for winner on a date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion between April 8-10, 2022.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $1,672 total ($168.00 per event ticket, $125 per IndyCar Garage and Pit Access, and $500 Pace Car ride). Total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $3,344.
Five (5) FIRST PRIZE(S):
Each First Prize shall consist of one (1) Modelo branded duffle bag and one (1) Modelo Lifestyle Kit containing one (1) of each of the following Modelo branded items: retro sunglasses; chap stick; baseball cap; speed bottle opener; canteen water bottle; clear event bag; wood maraca keychain. ARV of each First Prize: $109 total ($39 per Modelo Duffle and $70 per Modelo Lifestyle Kit). Total ARV of all First Prizes: $545.
