Is there a single quartz watch out there that actually has the second hand that aligns with the minute marks?
That's one reason I honest cannot stand quartz movement watches. Even in the most expensive ones the second hand is just ever-so-slightly off the mark.
The only ones that are acceptable are some of the Bulova's Precisionist watches that have a quartz movement, but the second hand sweeps instead of ticking.

My Tag F1 hits the marks very well, but that is a pricey quartz watch but beautifully finished. My bigger concern with this is no sapphire. You can find a citizen GMT for under $200 with eco drive and sapphire. But it's still a nice deal for anyone who likes the style.
I've had this watch for a few years now. The watch is good, the strap is very thick and sturdy, which can be annoying at times, so might want to buy a different strap (I didnt). The customer service is good too!

Have you tried Casio's? Best alignment quartz watches I've seen, even the most affordable ones.
Blue was also $135 before I went to bed last night. Was going to "sleep on it" but they now raised the price to $210 8 hours later. I guess that makes the decision for me not to buy...

Might be just me but my Bulova watch stopped working after 2 yrs and was expensive to repair. I have a few watches and this is the only one that broke.

Its same price at Amazon and I bought it with a 4 year extended warranty that costed only $7.99
I have the rose gold version of this watch. Definitely one of my favorites for the price. Just got another one from this deal. Wanted the black/black one with gold accents but irs oos. So got the black/gold.

Do you mean Bulova's customer service or Amazon's? Curious, what have you used Bulova's customer service for?

Like vintage? Try a Rolex Oysterquartz with the highly regarded 5035/5055 movement.
Something more modern? Omega makes a current Aqua Terra in quartz - arguably the best DAGA out there.
Longines V.H.P. is regarded as one of the most highly accurate quartz available at the moment.
Maybe you have impeccable taste and prefer a Grand Seiko - the 9F caliber is in quartz.
Want something from over the pond? Brietling's Superquartz is a great high end choice.
And all of these will align hands with indices just fine.
